What is the processing time for my order?

All products are made to order so please allow 1-2 days for your product to be made and proccessed.
How long does it take for my order to ship?

We will work as diligently as we can to create your order and ship it to you. Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping.
What do I do if I don't like my product?

If you are unsatisfied with a product simply just shoot us a email to contact@shop3ps.com and we will work with you to resolve your problem. We want to build realtionships with our suppoters, your dislikes will not go unheard.
After placing an order what do I do?

Once your order is placed you will receive a comfirmation nuumber stating your order was received. If you are requesting a personalized product with photos on it, please be sure to email your clear photos to contact@shop3ps.com Once the requested prodcut is made it will be taken to the postal office to be shipped and you will receive a tracking number to your email.
What if I need a rush order on a product?

If you are in need of something sooner then the alloted time given in our policy, feel free to shoot us an email stating what you need and when it is needed by. You will then receive a follow up email letting you know if your request can be granted.
